Born on the 18 of July 1984 to a humble home in Betem, Biase Local government Area of Cross River State. And Raised by a single mother, whose greater life is dedicated to the civil service, as a primary school teacher. Chris Sam spend a larger part of his growing up in the Village where he learned his first life lessons, attended primary and secondary school before his first travel experience that led him outside his comfort zone to acquire tertiary educational knowledge.
Chris Sam is a professional member of the Institute of information management Africa (IIMA), a social entrepreneur, and the former State Executive director of Africa’s Young Entrepreneurs Organization Cross River State, a position he handled from 2015 – 2021, he also founded Entrepreneurs Corner, a social networking platform where entrepreneurs across Africa connect, network and collaborate for sustanable growth and productivity with over 20,000 active members across Africa.
His hard work and contributions towards human development and youth inclusiveness in leadership saw him Named among Cross River State 50 Future Leaders to watch 2017, a prestigious award recognition that applaud and Celebrate hardwork, creativity and leadership skills among Young exceptional Cross Riverians.
He has since received many more outstanding Leadership awards and recognitions for his Commitment and Selflessness in the development of young people across Nigeria.
Chris Sam is a committed writer who has published many articles online and also mentored quite a number of successful young persons across Nigeria and in the diaspora. He is a born poet whose line of poetry is inspire the simple and complex things of life.
Is creative ingenuity, has brought to life a lot of amazing artistry graphics designs, and videography. To some he is a mentor and a writer and to others he a creative whose ideas and creative works have a left them wondering how he did what he does effortlessly.
Chris Sam, have over the years, caved his name on the marble of history as his impact in Community building, advocacy and social development has led him across volunteering for a couple of organizations among whom include UNICEF, Voice Of Biase, Hope assured Foundation and host of others.
He believes on the possibilities of a better Nigeria and has committed himself towards achieving this goal by joining a political party where he hopes to contribute his best for the betterment of the country.
Chris Sam have authored a couple of books among which, one has been published and two others yet to be published. Within his books are the wisdom of his experiences and lessons learned along his journey as a young and growing creative mind in a country where creativity, intelligence and uniqueness are rarely Celebrated or encouraged.
He is committed towards seeing a better Nigeria in his time and leaving Nigeria much better even after his time.
