Understanding the need for social change and a more inclusive leadership, becomes a major step we the electorate should take as we prepare our voters card to decide those who will be leading us through the next four years from 2023.
I have observed over the years, that a lot of us approach the issue of change by either ignoring it or flowing with the crowd.
Yes we can’t change the challenges of unemployment, inflation, healthcare, underdevelopment and poor infrastructure overnight, but we can make a conscious decision to choose the right Leaders that will ensure a stable and a more rewarding Democratic experience, that will ensure sustainable growth and development to the people.
As a local government, choosing the right voice to represent and also communicate our needs at the state level becomes key towards ensuring the true change we seek become a reality.
Engineer Francis Ogban, have shown and proven his exceptional leadership qualities & skills both as an employer of labour and also as an influencer. His strong interest in the growth and development of Biase, speaks of a leader who is open and ready to listen at all levels. He has over the years consistently built a track record that have set him aside and also truncated him to the top list of Biase great sons who have proven without doubts, that their interest and concern is the social and economical development of Biase.

Giving Engr Francis Ogban our mandate, as our choice representative at the State level, opens up a door for a more democatic experience to every son and daughter of Biase. An era where the government becomes more inclusive and closer to the people.
We are in a political dispensation where the need for positive collaboration becomes an essential elements for sustainable results. It has therefore become a necessity for a leadership bond that cut across the National, the state and the local government. A bond with an understanding and the focus to put the people’s needs at top priority.
The duo in, Onun Dr Emil Inyang and Engineer Francis Ogban, have formed a synergy to unlock new possibilities in Leadership representation.
Onun Dr Emil Inyang as our National representative for the Akamkpa/Biase federal Constituency, will ignites hidden possibilities that we most likely wouldn’t have known possible.
Onun Dr Emil Inyang have over the years strived for excellence and have committed his time in giving his best to the society. His list of achievements and results based Leadership are too numerous to mention.

After witnessing so much deceit and such frequent abuse of power, we have lost trust of democatic leadership. Still, no matter how cynical we may grow, we will at one time need Leaders to represent us at all level. And for the very first time in a long while, one can breath in, and speak with confidence considering the personalities In both Onun Dr Emil Inyang and Engineer Francis Ogban.
2023 is approaching, It is therefore important, that we the electorate learn to distinguish between selfless and People’s oriented leaders and demagoguery.
Truth is, a demagogue may inspire you, but his motives are impure and his expectations unrealistic. It is wise to be a bit skeptical when listening to all the too many Political noise: are they truly devoted to their mission or just seeking glory? Are they truly interested in the welfare of others or simply building a flock for their own aggrandizement?
Pitching our tent and support with the faces of transformation becomes the beginning of a sustainable develop Akamkpa/Biase federal Constituency and a sustainable develop Biase state Constituency.
